As a lawyer with over fifteen years of experience in law and ten years of running an individual notarial office, I give a guarantee in terms of notarial deeds performed.
During many years of practice, I had the opportunity to cooperate with a number of commercial law companies, real estate agencies, developers and reputable law firms, which allowed me to gain the substantive preparation necessary to manage even the most complex and intricate legal situations.

I have always been mentally - and professionally since 2006 - related to the profession of notary public, which allowed me to gain knowledge and practical training necessary to provide hiqh quality, secure services to the customers. Studia prawnicze ukończyłem na wydziale prawa i administracji Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego w 2008 roku. W 2010 roku rozpocząłem aplikację notarialną i pracę w kancelarii notarialnej. Od 2014 roku jestem notariuszem. Początkowo kancelarię notarialną prowadziłem indywidualnie w Michałowicach, gdzie nabyłem doświadczenie w zakresie obrotu nieruchomościami gruntowymi, w tym rolnymi. Interesuje się prawem umów i spółek. Obecnie w trosce o zapewnienie Państwu rzetelnej obsługi w dogodnym dla Państwa czasie prowadzę kancelarię w formie spółki partnerskiej.

The costs of notarial deed consist not only of the fee collected by the notary public, but also taxes (tax on civil law transactions, tax on inheritances and gifts, as well as VAT) and court fees collected by the notary public under the applicable law and transfers to the relevant tax office and Land and Mortgage Register Court.
The remuneration is specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 28th June 2004 on the maximum rates of notarial fees (Journal of Laws of 29th June 2004, as amended), an depends on a number of factors, such as the value of the subject of the transaction or the type of deed that is to be performed.
